QCD Service Plans are pre-payment arrangements for routine servicing and MOTs, not credit or insurance products. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Plans run for 24 months and cover the services and MOTs listed in your chosen plan. Exclusions apply, including wear-and-tear items, repairs, and additional work not specified.
Customers may cancel within 14 days for a full refund if no services have been taken. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated with an administration fee and may require payment of any outstanding balance if services taken exceed instalments paid.
