*Service plans cover routine scheduled servicing and MOTs only. Exclusions apply, including wear and tear items, MOT re-tests, breakdown cover, diagnostic work and repairs outside the plan. Not all makes and models are eligible for our standard plan options, and high performance or specialist vehicles may require a custom service plan quote where servicing costs are higher than average. A service plan is a flexible way to pay for your vehicle’s routine servicing by spreading the cost across fixed monthly payments. Instead of paying for each service individually, you’ll make manageable monthly payments that cover the costs of your scheduled maintenance.

No. Because the plan is a monthly subscription, you need to build up payments before using it. Your first service or MOT can be booked once 6 monthly payments have been received. If you wish to book earlier, you can pay the difference upfront at the time of booking.

No, there are no hidden costs. The price you agree to when signing up covers your regular servicing, with no surprises. Your payments are fixed and protected from inflation, so you know exactly what you’ll pay each month.

If your vehicle requires any additional repairs or work that is not covered by the service plan, we’ll provide you with a full quote before any additional work is carried out. You will only need to pay for repairs not included in your plan.

In many cases, service plans can be transferred to a new vehicle owner, adding value to your car’s resale. Please contact us to discuss the specifics of transferring your plan.

Absolutely. All servicing under the QCD Service Plan is carried out by qualified, experienced technicians at QCD Autocentre Brackley, ensuring that your vehicle is maintained to the highest standards.

No. Items such as tyres, brake pads, brake discs, wiper blades, bulbs, clutches, and batteries are not included. These are classed as wear and tear parts that naturally degrade over time.

Your plan covers the MOT test itself (where included), but any repairs or parts needed as a result of an MOT failure are not covered.

No. The plan only covers scheduled servicing and MOTs as set out in your agreement. Repairs due to accident damage, misuse, or breakdowns are excluded.

Only the fluids and oils specifically required as part of your scheduled service are included. Ad-hoc top-ups between services (for example screenwash or engine oil) are not covered unless stated in your plan.

No. Timing belt replacements and other major component replacements are not included unless explicitly listed in your Service Plan Agreement.

If your vehicle is modified outside manufacturer specifications, the plan may not apply. This is because service schedules and costs can change with non-standard modifications.

No. Recalls and manufacturer warranty work are handled separately by the manufacturer and are not part of your service plan.

The service plan is a way to spread the cost of maintenance. Without this rule, someone could sign up, take a full service, and cancel before paying enough in. The waiting period makes sure the plan is fair and sustainable for all customers.

You have two options:
Pay the difference upfront (so that the service is fully covered).
Or wait until you’ve made 6 payments and then book your service.

Your plan may be suspended or cancelled. If services have already been taken, you’ll need to pay the outstanding balance before the plan can be reinstated or cancelled.

Yes. You can cancel at any time after the 14-day cooling-off period. Any refund will be worked out based on payments made, minus the retail cost of any services already taken, plus a £50 + VAT admin fee.
