• The QCD+ Premium Membership is available to individual customers only and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.

• Membership benefits apply only to the vehicle(s) registered under the account holder's name. Each membership is limited to one vehicle. Separate memberships are required for additional vehicles.

• QCD+ Premium Membership is valid for personal, non-commercial vehicles. Company vehicles, hire vehicles, taxis, commercial fleets, and modified vehicles are excluded from the benefits of the membership.

• Supercar/Prestige Exclusion: QCD+ Premium Membership excludes supercars and prestige vehicles. For the purposes of these terms, this includes (without limitation) vehicles from brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and certain high-performance models (e.g. Porsche GT, Audi RS, BMW M, Mercedes-AMG). Eligibility is determined at QCD’s reasonable discretion.

• The membership fee is £10.99 per month or £120 per year. The annual plan provides an approximate 10% saving compared to paying monthly over a 12-month period.

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Payment must be made in full at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).

• Subscription payments are non-refundable, whether services have been used or not. Failure to make payment will result in the suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.

• Membership is active for 30 days from the date of payment for monthly plans and for 12 months from the date of payment for annual plans.

• Annual memberships automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley reserves the right to amend the membership fee for future renewals. Members will be notified of any fee changes at least 30 days before their renewal date.

Monthly Plan Subscriptions

• Membership can be cancelled online through our website at any time. However, if a cancellation is made within the first 6 months of the subscription, the membership will become void, and all benefits will be revoked immediately.

• If services have been used and benefits applied, and the membership is cancelled before the 6-month minimum period, QCD Autocentre Brackley reserves the right to charge for any benefits used, up to the value of the services provided, for future bookings.

• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership, and membership fees are non-refundable.

Annual Plan Subscriptions

• A 30-day notice period is required before the renewal date to cancel the membership.

• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership period, regardless of whether services have been used or not.

• If you cancel the membership, you will retain access to the benefits until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remainder of the year.

As a QCD+ Premium Member, you are entitled to the following benefits, subject to the conditions below:

• 20% off labour on eligible services and repairs carried out by QCD Autocentre Brackley.

• 15% off parts supplied by QCD from our standard trade suppliers (OEM or equivalent).

  • The parts discount does not apply where parts must be sourced directly from the vehicle manufacturer/importer or from any supplier that does not provide a trade discount to QCD; in such cases, parts are charged at the supplier’s list price.

• £5 off MOT (Class applicable to your vehicle).

• Free collection & delivery within a 15-mile radius (fair-usage limits apply).

• Free screen-wash top-up with each visit.

• Complimentary wash & vac with each paid service or repair.

• Free health checks (fair-usage limits apply).

• Free diagnostics (up to 1 hour per visit; fair-usage limits apply).

Notes: Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions/offers unless stated. Discounts do not apply to warranty work, recall work, third-party/insurer-funded repairs, or customer-supplied parts.

To ensure that all members can enjoy the benefits of the QCD+ Premium Membership, the following fair usage conditions apply:

• Free Diagnostics

  • Members are entitled to up to 1 hour of free diagnostics per visit, limited to one session every 3 months.

  • Additional diagnostics or extended sessions will be charged at QCD Autocentre’s standard rate.

• Free Collection & Delivery

  • Members are entitled to one free collection and delivery per month within a 15-mile radius of QCD Autocentre Brackley.

  • Any additional collections or deliveries within the same month will be chargeable at the prevailing rate.

• Discounted Labour and Parts

  • The 20% labour discount and 15% parts discount apply to routine servicing, maintenance, and standard repairs.

  • Discounts do not apply to high-value or specialist work, including (but not limited to) engine rebuilds, gearbox rebuilds, performance modifications, or custom upgrades.

  • Parts discounts are subject to the sourcing limitations set out in Clause 8 (Exclusions).

• Free Health Checks

  • Members are entitled to one free health check every 6 months.

  • Any additional health checks requested within this period will be charged at QCD Autocentre’s standard rate.

• Complimentary Wash & Vacuum

  • A complimentary wash and vacuum is provided with each paid service or repair.

  • This benefit is limited to one per visit and cannot be transferred or accumulated.

• Discounts and offers apply only to services and repairs performed by QCD Autocentre Brackley.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless otherwise stated.

• The collection and delivery service is limited to a 15-mile radius from QCD Autocentre Brackley. If the vehicle is located outside this radius, an additional charge may apply.

• The complimentary wash and vacuum are only available when other paid services or repairs are performed on the vehicle.

• Free diagnostics are limited to 1 hour per visit. Additional diagnostic time will be charged at the standard rate.

The QCD+ Premium Membership does not cover:

• Wear and Tear & Consumables
  Routine wear and tear items, consumables (e.g. tyres, brake pads, wiper blades, oil, brake fluid, AdBlue, bulbs, fuses), or any costs associated with non-standard or custom repairs.

• Third-Party Work
  Any work performed by third parties, non-affiliated garages, or customer-supplied parts.

• Commercial & Modified Vehicles
  Vehicles used for commercial purposes (including taxis, delivery vehicles, chauffeur, and hire/rental vehicles), or vehicles with modifications or non-OEM parts, are excluded from certain membership benefits.

• Prestige & Supercars
  Supercars and prestige vehicles are excluded. This includes, but is not limited to: Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and certain high-performance models such as Porsche GT, Audi RS, BMW M, and Mercedes-AMG. Eligibility is determined at QCD Autocentre’s reasonable discretion.

• Parts Discount Limitations
  The 15% parts discount applies only where QCD sources parts from its standard trade suppliers (OEM or equivalent). No discount applies where parts must be obtained directly from the vehicle manufacturer/importer or suppliers that do not provide trade discounts.

• Insurer & Warranty Work
  Discounts and benefits do not apply to warranty claims, manufacturer recall work, or any repairs funded or directed by insurers, leasing companies, or third-party warranty providers.

• The QCD+ Premium Membership is strictly for personal use and applies only to the vehicle registered with the membership. The benefits cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

• Misuse of membership benefits, including fraudulent claims or attempts to use the membership for vehicles not registered under the membership holder's name, will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley reserves the right to terminate any membership if misuse or abuse of the service is detected.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership benefits at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes to the membership at least 30 days in advance.

• In the event of membership benefit changes, members will retain access to their existing benefits until the end of the current billing period.

• In the event of a payment dispute, the member must contact QCD Autocentre Brackley immediately to resolve the issue.

• QCD Autocentre reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership if a payment dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days.

• Vehicles with significant modifications outside of the manufacturer’s original specification, including non-OEM parts, are not covered by the membership. Repairs or services required due to vehicle modifications are not eligible for membership benefits or discounts.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles with modifications that compromise safety or performance.

• If the member transfers ownership of the vehicle, the membership benefits do not transfer to the new owner.

• In the event of a vehicle sale, the member must notify QCD Autocentre Brackley to update the membership with a new vehicle, subject to QCD Autocentre Brackley’s approval.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley reserves the right to temporarily suspend membership benefits for delayed or failed payments, misuse of membership, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

• Members will be notified of any suspension and have 30 days to rectify the issue before the membership is cancelled.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of membership benefits.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley’s liability for any claim related to the QCD+ Premium Membership shall not exceed the total amount paid by the member for the membership.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, pandemics, or governmental regulations.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley will not be liable for failure to provide services or fulfil membership obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

• In the event of force majeure, memberships will remain valid, but services may be delayed or postponed until reasonably possible to resume operations.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the membership will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• QCD Autocentre Brackley respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information collected during the membership process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We may use your contact details to notify you of updates, renewals, and special offers related to your membership.
