Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy governs all returns and refund requests for goods and services purchased from QCD Holdings Ltd T/A QCD Autocentre Brackley (“the Seller”). By placing an order through our website, in person, or by phone, you (“the Buyer”) agree to the terms set out below.

1. General

(1.1) This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all goods purchased from QCD Holdings Ltd T/A QCD Autocentre Brackley, including online purchases through the QCD Gear Store.
(1.2) Services, including MOT testing, vehicle servicing, repairs, and subscription plans, are subject to their own cancellation terms and are not covered by this policy once delivered or consumed.

2. Non-Merchandise Goods

(2.1) Non-merchandise goods purchased directly from QCD Autocentre Brackley may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
(2.2) Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
(2.3) Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval.
(2.4) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

3. QCD Gear Store Merchandise

(3.1) QCD Gear Store merchandise is produced on demand by our fulfilment partner Printful and is not returned to us directly.
(3.2) As items are custom-made, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
(3.3) If merchandise arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the buyer must notify the seller within 30 days of delivery.
(3.4) Claims must include the order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
(3.5) In such cases, a replacement or refund will be arranged without the need to return the product.
(3.6) If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, Printful will hold the item for 30 days. Reshipment may be arranged at the buyer’s expense.

4. Subscription Services

(4.1) QCD+ Premium Membership, QCD Service Plans, BrakeSure, and WarrantyAssist are governed by their own terms and cancellation conditions.
(4.2) Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless cancelled within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
(4.3) For full details, refer to the specific terms and conditions of each subscription service.

5. Exclusions

(5.1) Services that have already been delivered or consumed are non-refundable.
(5.2) Goods returned in a used or damaged condition (not caused by a defect or delivery issue) will not be eligible for a refund.
(5.3) Printful does not accept returns for products ordered in the wrong size or colour, or due to buyer’s remorse.

6. Process for Returns and Claims

(6.1) To initiate a return or claim, the buyer must contact the seller’s customer service team for instructions.
(6.2) No merchandise returns should be sent directly to QCD Autocentre Brackley.
(6.3) For QCD Gear Store merchandise, claims for misprints, defects, or delivery issues must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
(6.4) Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Statutory Rights

(7.1) Nothing in this policy affects the buyer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.
