QCD Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. General Information:

    • The QCD Gift Card is a digital gift card that can be redeemed for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and other services at QCD Autocentre Brackley.

    • Gift cards are available in £25 increments, ranging from £25 to £300.

  2. Redemption:

    • QCD Gift Cards can be used in-branch or online by providing the unique gift card code received via email after purchase.

    • Gift cards cannot be used for subscription services, including but not limited to QCD+ Premium Membership, WarrantyAssist, and QCD Service Plans.

    • The gift card must be redeemed in full at the time of payment. Partial redemptions are not allowed, and any remaining balance will not be carried forward.

  3. Exclusions:

    • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with subscription products or other discounted services unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer.

    • Gift cards cannot be used for recurring payments such as those tied to subscription services like QCD+, WarrantyAssist, or QCD Service Plans.

  4. Validity:

    • The QCD Gift Card has no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time for eligible services.

    • QCD Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the person with access to the email containing the unique gift card code.

  5. Refund Policy:

    • Once purchased, QCD Gift Cards are non-refundable. This applies to both used and unused portions of the card.

    • Refunds are not applicable for lost or stolen gift cards.

  6. Multiple Gift Cards:

    • Multiple gift cards can be used for a single transaction, provided the total value of the gift cards covers the full cost of the service or product.

    • Any remaining balance after using multiple gift cards cannot be transferred or credited for future use.

  7. Purchasing Gift Cards:

    • The purchase of a QCD Gift Card can be made online via the QCD Autocentre Brackley website or in-branch.

    • Upon purchase, a unique code will be provided to the purchaser via email, which can be used by the recipient.

  8. Changes to Terms:

    • QCD Autocentre Brackley reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

    • Any changes to these terms will be reflected on the QCD Autocentre website.
