QCD Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1) Overview

The QCD Gift Card is a digital code redeemable against eligible purchases at QCD Autocentre Brackley, including:
• Workshop services (servicing, MOTs, repairs, tyres) and
• QCD Gear Store merchandise (apparel & accessories).
Denominations: £25–£300 in £25 increments.
The code is delivered by email to the purchaser (who may forward it to the recipient).

2) Redemption & Use

Online: enter your gift card code at checkout (works on the QCD Gear Store and any online service checkout we offer).
In-branch: present your code at reception; we’ll apply it to your bill.
Partial redemption & balance: you can spend less than the card value; any remaining balance stays on the same code until it reaches £0. (We can confirm your balance on request.)
Multiple cards: you can use more than one gift card in a single transaction.
If your bill exceeds the gift card balance, pay the difference using another accepted method.
Treat the code like cash: anyone with the code can spend the balance, so keep it safe.

3) Exclusions

Not valid for subscriptions/recurring payments, including QCD+ Premium Membership, QCD Service Plans, or WarrantyAssist.
Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
May not be combined with certain discounts/promotions unless expressly stated.

4) Validity

No expiry date.
Non-reloadable.

5) Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Non-refundable once purchased, whether used or unused.
QCD is not responsible for lost, deleted or stolen codes or unauthorised use.
Returns (Gear Store): No returns/exchanges for change of mind. Faulty/wrong items replaced within 30 days. Any refund goes back to the original payment—gift cards are re-credited to the same code.
