QCD Gear Store is the official merchandise shop of QCD Autocentre. Every item is custom-printed on demand through our trusted production partner, Printful. This means your order is created just for you — reducing waste and supporting more sustainable production.

Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Just provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. You do not need to return the item.

The Returns & Refunds Policy covers all goods and services purchased from QCD Holdings Ltd T/A QCD Autocentre Brackley (“the Seller”). By ordering through our website, in person, or by phone, you (“the Buyer”) agree to these terms.
